I have ordered gucci shoes from luxisma order no.330132 on 15/06/2021.firstly they sent me a wrong product which was totally fake and when i asked them refund they denied saying they dont give refunds.they are sending totally fake products cooying images from the original website and making fool of customers.

Then i ordered alternate product 2 months back because my money was stuck with them they said they will send but havent recieved it yet i message them they say that your order is in custom this and that.this site is totally fake site and they are making fool out of people.i have all the proofs of products and chats.i am attaching chats picture below also.
