MY FIGHT STILL CONTINUES.. LUXISMA is a FRAUD company. They ship fake products and when you try to contact them for refund, they don't respond to you and cheat you. Not just me, there are so many customers who have been cheated by them.

I have personally written many complaints on them on COMPLAINTROOM.IN; please go there and check before you even begin to consider these guys. They have delivered me fake products and the moment.

I received them I called up this lady, Priya who sold me the products but she never responded. It has been more than 3 weeks but the team is not responding and refunding my money. I am attaching the photo of the lady (IF YOU KNOW HER, PLEASE LET ME OR OTHER CLIENTS KNOW, IT WILL HELP US TAKE THIS UP LEGALLY)and few screenshots of her messages.

I have easily called them for more than 500 times but Priya never answered the call. This business is basically run by few frauds like PRIYA, CHAVI and Pankaj. Their MOBILE numbers are IEJABACHD, GHDJIHGJIG,HBIEDJCFBD. (Since numbers are not allowed, I have decoded their numbers into alphabets;

Please note is J is zero)THIS COMPANY is NOT A REGISTERED COMPANY AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A GST NUMBER. SAVE YOURSELVES.
