I ordered from luxisma and paid 30% upfront . 6000 rs have been paid and they stopped responding after 3 months. I never received my package. When asked for refund they would not respond . Twinkle is the lady who is incharge of looting people. I have requested multiple times to refund money but no response yet.

They will not even bother to respond after they know that they have taken money out of your pockets. I really wonder if any action can be taken against such criminals. I have attached the screenshot of the order along with the complaint . It also shows confirmation from the company.

Incase you need the number where they asked to send the money through google pay i can provide the screenshot as well. If chat history is required i can provide you that as well. I have tried to reach out to them from facebook and google but you cannot. Luxismark.com is the new website.

They are operating after some one filed a lawsuit on the Luxisma.com .you will still be able to see the website with law suite done. All the comments they paste on the websites are also fake.
