My son Haniel joined the Lido learning classes for class IX English in March 21. I had to discontinue the classes after his two classes, due to personal reasons. Before the beginning of the class, we hav to confirm the monthly payment through Bajaj Allianse...While discontinuing.

I was promised that my money will be refunded back to me and monthly deductions will stop. However, till date (August 21), have not received refund back and also money is deducted from my account every month. Lido learning is not attending my calls nor they replying on whatsapp. Kindly help in resolving the issue.
