I have paid Rs.36000 on 26th Dec for online classes of my daughter. On 27th Dec 21 i have sent email for cancellation of Enrollment/Registration and requested for full refund amount. Inspite of sending so many email reminders not getring any reaponse from company. Got SMS on 15th Jan that your refund request is approved but till date not received refund.
It is heard that owner Mr.Sahil sheth is cheater and made fraud with so many parents and not refunding to any one. Online articles are also publised for closure of business operations by company. Even no one is picking up the call. There are good investors in the company but it is evident that Fraud is made by Owner Mr.Sahil sheth intentionally.
Such Fraud people should be punished as per INDIAN LAW on top priority basis. If no action is taken against M/s. LIDO in future other companies will also do the similar fruad with innocent people. Therefor Pl take legal action against company and it owner Mr.Sahil Mr.Sahil sheth and arrange refund. Regards KUNAL SHAH
