Lg has given us Faulty AC

I bought 1.5ton LG Invertor ac in march'22. Within the installation of ac, its gas has been lealed out and stopped working. Then we made a complaint to lg customer care and they filled new gas in AC.
BUT again after 1 month gas drained out and AC stopped working. They sent their engineer again and again to check the issue but they are unable to resolve the issue.
I have lodged a complain to replacd the unit or return back my money. But they were not ready to do so.
Please help me to get my AC replaced or get my rs. 50000 from LG company.
