I have raised service ticket multiple times, but LG service center (V electronic Pune) closing ticket without resolving issue. Last ticket they closed saying they tried but could not resolve issue so cancelling ticket. This is very unprofessional.

If they are not able to resolve my issue then they should replace product. I started raising ticket when product was in warranty and warrant was till 12th Oct 23. I have provided multiple multiple proofs of issue, service engineer tried multiple times but no luck.

When i called customer care they always providing me V electronics service center number and saying they only will do. When i tought my TV from CROMA they commited in case of any issue which is jot resolved company will.replace product.
