I wish to complain about my LG refrigerator, with model no. GL- T372JPZ3 with the serial no. 101NRGF292167 that I purchased on 29/06/2021 in Tezpur, Sonitpur, Assam, Pin-784001.

I am complaining because only within 3 months of purchase my refrigerator stopped working. Me and my family are facing major issues for the same reason as we are not able to store or use the refrigerator for any purpose.

My mother-in-law was repeatedly following up with the vendor and the service but their response were really poor. Such a branded company LG is but services are so poor.

I even called the LG Service Centre Head of the Sontipur Dist. but he is unlikely to receive any calls or respond to it. Hence to resolve this problem I would like LG electronics to replace my refrigerator at the earliest.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the concerned LG service Centre located here in Sonitpur district of Assam, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem.

Followed by the same I complained several times but no response. I believe that this response is unfair because I feel that LG Electronics has an obligation towards its service and its customers.

I would like a written statement from LG explaining about their company's position and what will they do about my complaint.
