Defective refrigerator sold to me

Within 10 months, 3 times PCB has been replaced. Its a defective product. LG is not helping. I have written to there higher office too but no response. Its an side by side refrigerator and an expensive one. I have been chasing them to replace.
Till now i have not got any positive response. No efforts to reach me and understand my problem. All they do is make some vague call and then requests me too close the complaint.
