Amount debited from a/c after settlement of CC dues of ₹ 45000 on 30/04/2022 as agreed by the bank. The lien on my SB account was not removed and a sum of ₹ 4500 was adjusted against an already settled CC.
I am 70 years and needed the money for my medicines and was sent by sister's son. I do not have a job nor do I have any source of income. Please help resolve the issue asap.
