Kotak Mahindra Bank: Harassment By Agents

Respected Sir,
With much regret I am writing this letter to you . Off late every year for 3 months I receive abusive calls from Kotak representatives. I have sent mails regarding the same earlier also but to no avail. It was only after I lodged a complaint in consumer forum that the calls stopped. This year however again they have started harassing me and my family again especially one agent by the name of Sakshi ( Ph -[Protected], [Protected],[Protected],[Protected],+[Protected],+[Protected]She is constantly calling my previous work place and abusing and threatening.

Your agent is so threatening that my toddler is now terrified of my landline ringing and cries out of fear of abuses.My mother in law is so terrified of them that she now refuses to pick up any call coz she knew she will be hurled abuses and also threatened to be taken to the police station . She is old and agile and I think that all this is definitely not in the training curriculum of KOTAK. However , I once again am forced to take the help Of consumer forum and would request you to also take roper steps to stop this kind of harassment.

I also requested the agents to follow up with me via email but on a daily basis they would call 20 times on my cell number and around 15 times on my landline. I have changed my work place but still they would keep calling my previous employer and cause harassment .I have heard a lot about the world class standard of Kotak Mahindra but this is not acceptable when I am not a member of Kotak . I am being harassed baseless and under some other persons identity.

Your agent has threatened me to an extent where she has defamed me of my character and have also said that she will reach out to my husband and end my marriage accusing me of being of bad character. This is the highest level of mental harassment that one can inflict.

I would request you all to take a collective action against these failing which I will be compelled to reach to the PMO and Women helpline.
