Kotak Mahindra Bank: No co-operation

I have 811 kotak account and as I buy new phone. I can't activate my mobile banking, the message is not delivering. I tried each possible way from last 1 month and after contacted to customer care and as per their guidance I visited kotak mahindra bank, khutvad nagar branch and asked for solution so first I waited for 15 min and as per 811 department is different.

I told them my issue and they tried but the problem didn't solved.. they just said one of our customer also faced this problem and we can't do anything about this problem.. I told them that I want to see my transactions but they simply said we can't do anything ma'am and just went away.

so I asked for help to another ma'am and they said 811department and our work is different..we can't help you..this is really frustrating to hear from them that they don't have any solution as on this account I receive my salary and it's credited but I can't do anything.
