While selling me a credit card there was misinfo conveyed from Credit card selling person whose name is Naresh, he said that i will get limit of 2.5L but after receiving my CC i got only 38K limit, in which i have marked a mail to Kotak team they said that do dis continue with card i have to pay 728INR, these things are totally harrsing and whenever i am trying to contact with them i am. Not unable to contact. I want to file an complaint against them so they cant cheat with others customer too.
