I have kotak bank account since 5 years but before 3 years continuously they cut debit card charges in my account. Other than bank provided me free platinum card in my account is this in return in bank policy if you have ace account bank gives you free platinum card in bank.
Why they cut my charges. And not gives me reverse. they cut 885 rupees in my account with gst. I have call customer care and bank manger but they are not solve the problem and i have tweet the ceo of kotak bank but they not reply me.
I try many types to help any one to me but bank not solve my issue. Please help to reverse my charges to me back. Kotak gives the service of kotak platinum card is free in ace account but.
I tried to complain 1 months but they are not solving issue of my complain. I have request to you please solve my issue.
