I am holding a Current Account No.[Protected]CHANDRAKANT AND CO
With Kotak Mahindra Bank, Paradise, Secunderabad Branch.
In the month of March 2021, I was contacted by Branch Manager Mr. Srinivas Rao,
Cell No.[Protected]and informed me that, it is not fair to hold 1 CC Account with
Bank of India and another Current Account with Kotak Mahindra Bank by Same Name as
it is Against RBI guideline.
Hence, on 26/03/2021 i closed my CC Account Held with Bank of India and as per
Request by Mr.Srinivas Rao i obtained a N.O.C (No Objection Certificate) and handed over
the Original Copy to him on 26/03/2021 the very same day to him.
He also requested me to fulfill some legal signing of forms with my signature and firm Rubber stamp
Which i deed as per his request and requirement for the smooth and uninterrupted running of Account.
Today, after 19 days of fulfillment of all the formalities, Kotak Mahindra Bank Freezes my account
without mentioning of any reason and prior notice.
I request relevant authority to look into the matter as i have also filed a complaint with
RBI Banking ombudsman scheme for the DE FREEZE of my above mentioned account.
