They confirmed me that Pool in Apeejay Saket will open in 2nd week of March 2021, and I paid membership money 4500 rs on 21st Feb.
Later they started making excuses that it is not yet operational and I can book session in RK Puram or Gulmohar park. I clearly told them that I confirmed about taking sessions only at Apeejay, Saket location before taking the membership as my mother would not be able to travel with my 13 year old sister everyday so far.
Pool is still not open at Apeejay and they are sending same responses to not refund my amount.
As promised, they failed to open pool by 2nd week of March and in spite of following up rigorously from a long time, now I am feeling helpless. This is their fault and not mine.
They are telling me that they are giving me extension of days but I don’t need that. I didn’t agree for this situation and neither this was told to me.
They are forcefully trying to keep my money.
Kindly help me to get my money back as they are cheating people like me too.
