Dear Sir/Mam,
I have purchase refrigerator from jio mart date -15/09/2022 they have send me damage product on 19th sep 2022 on my place at near gandhi murti talwara dist banswara so i have raised return and refund request on 20th sep2022 from that day to 27 th of sep 2022 they hold my money because of tat period is 7 days as they told me now tat period is over on 27Th sep 2022 and still my product not return and refund not received ..again i have raised my complaint on 27th sep 2022 from immediate resulation than that lay called me from jio mart(from this no [Protected]at 10.54am)she said will give you resolution in next 24 to 48 hours but they still not help me for resolution.
so again i have requested on 29 the after completion of 48 hour to jio mart customer executive said we need more 24 hours to 48 hours so i dont have trust on jio mart they executive and senior departments doing falls commitment to the customer ...i personally feel harassment from there side ... so i humble request to you please raised my complaint to the company in legal format and charged penalty because i am paying interest on that amount also and its hurts me a lot.
