I am writing to file a formal complaint against JioMart, a subsidiary of Reliance Retail, as I have not received my order despite the promised delivery date. This has resulted in significant inconvenience and frustration.
On 18 September 2023, I placed an order through the JioMart app with the order ID [Protected]A. The expected delivery date for this order was 25 September 2023. However, as of today, 27 September, I have not received the order, and there has been no communication or updates from JioMart regarding the delay. And there is no option of cancelling the order too.
I attempted to contact JioMart's customer service multiple times, but I have not received a satisfactory response. The lack of communication and transparency regarding the delay is deeply concerning, and it has disrupted my plans and created an undue hardship.
I request that you promptly investigate this issue and take immediate actions to locate and deliver my order as soon as possible. Additionally, I urge JioMart to improve their customer service and provide better communication to customers when delays occur.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and request that you inform me of the steps taken to resolve this issue within a reasonable time frame.
