Ref order # [Protected]W dated July 14,2023.This order is a prepaid order for groceries made on July 14,2023. Today is July 21, 2023 and the items have not been delivered. On contacting the customer care at Jiomart, i was informed that there was no provision to cancel the order and get a refund.
Emails to them regarding this comes back with a ticket no, saying the problem will be resolved in 2-5 working days!!! Nor were they willing to commit to a delivery date.
