I ordered Lee Cooper shoes on May 3rd. Order id is [Protected]M. It is not delivered nor issuing refund. I call customer care multiple times but no satisfactory solution from them and the ticket [Protected]has been closed without resolution.

Hii.i ordered 2 juicer from jio mart on 12 august.than on 20 August I received only one product but I paid it for 2 .today I drop ka refund request and it was picked and I got the cost of one juicer but where is my rest amount?????
