I have ordered Lenovo laptop worth (rs 44000) on 20th oct .the delivery was not delivered on 24 oct and it changed delivery date to 25 th oct .on 25 th oct again they changed the delivery date 26th oct .when i have called the customer care number they create a story and they told me it will confirm deliver today.on next day the delivery date will changed.
I asked the customer care person to cancel and refund my money but they don't cancel and refund my money.what a fraud is doing my jiomart .my parents asking daily when will laptop come.but daily routine will happen they deliver date .what i have to do to refund my money back.please help in refund my money back.
