I ordered few groceries on Jio Mart. Originally, the items were supposed to be delivered after 2 days. When I checked the delivery status on the due date of delivery, it was shifted to the next day. On checking the status the next day, delivery was shifted to the next day again and it went on and on and on.... Contacting CC by email never helped either. Voice calls to CC were getting disconnected and I wasn't able to speak once.

That's it! I'll never again do any business with the shi**y people ever again! Mind you! This wasn't the first time, this was happening. There are much better alternatives available and mere promotion Ads aren't going to take them anywhere. Customer is the king and he'll write the final destiny.

I ordered groceries on 2nd May, which was supposed to be delivered by 4th May. It’s not yet delivered till date and every time I call them they are giving false assurances that it will be delivered on priority but not delivering my orders. There is not even updates provided to the complaints that I have raised on this matter. This is truly unprofessional behaviour and taking customers for granted. I have never faced such issues on any other shopping apps.
