Delivery date is delaying everyday

Since last 1 week, delivery date is updating every day to next day and it's like forever delaying. Can't cancel the item as there is no such option and customer service not helping. They are neither helping on phone nor helping on emails. Complaint is registered with them since a week ago but except "we are working on this" nothing comes as response.
