I have ordered an mobile phone on 16th may 2023. Before ordering it was showing the expected delivery was on 17th -18th may 2023. There was no cod for the item so I paid the amount online, as soon as I paid it was showing delivery date was 20th may. Then when delivery day comes they postponed the date to 21st may, on 21st it's postponed to 22nd .... They are doing the same postponing till today. Even today it's showing it'll be delivered on 25th again postponed.
There is no option to cancel my order, no option to track my order, your costumer care people also doesn't know the exact date of delivery. Until delivery person comes I can't cancel my order what kind of irresponsible it is . Please track my order and let me know when it will delivered or cancel my order and refund my money. Already 5days late to expected date of delivery and still your company is not delivered the order.
