I placed an order on Jewels Mars official website on November 30th worth Rs 2300 (prepaid) and since then it's showing partially shipped, it's been 11 days; No one is replying my messages, they pick the call but do not take suitable action.The told me that they dispatch within 4 days and order takes 12 days to deliver. I am unable to track my product. They are fooling people around, they have 4Lakh followers on instagram and are misleading people.

Please help me resolve this asap. I have been trying to reach out to other customers with similar issues and it is very disappointing to see such websites with huge following being so careless. I don't even know if the quality of the products will be good, This is my first purchase and I have paid almost 2300₹ to them. They are not even informing me about the delivery company they work with. Some action should be taken against such websites who ignore their customers after taking full payment.I don't know if this website is fraud or not. Please if anyone could help me in getting my order. I hope I get my products as soon as possible in a good condition.
