I have booked indigo airlines ticket from ixigo app for 3 passengers my pnr no. Was JPCS3K booking id was IF[Protected], flight no. Indigo 6E-6683 economy,name of passengers was ashutosh kumar, shivanshi shivanshi, shilpy shilpy at 6.15pm. it was returning ticket from new delhi to ranchi for 3 passengers.

Due to change of plans i had to cancel the ticket. I cancelled it from ixigo site bcos i booked it from this site only. i cancelled it on 16th September. After cancelation i got mail from indigo that they refunded 15000 amount..but when i checked it with ixigo they said they will refund the whole amount refunded by airlines but they refunded only 6600.

Deducted the rest amount. they have cheated my 9500 amount. they are fraudulent site even their customer care is giving fake information every time. i want my money back. i have complaint on their customer care but no. Action is being taken. pls solve my issue.
