I booked ticket from ixigo. The tickets final position is wait-listed. As per the IRCTC guidelines the refund money 2700 will come to me in 7 working days I requested the refund through customer services of ixigo the number is. [Protected].
They scammed the amount that will be refunded please take proper methods to get my money back.
