Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I Sri Alok Mitra, had purchase one Air ticket through IXIGO on dated 02.04.2020 for journey on 18.04.2020 for Rs. 3799/- through my Debit Cardof HDFC Bank for travel from Chennai to Kolkata. But due to Covid-19 pandemic the flight was canceled and DGCA also circulate the amount will be 100% refunded due to COVID-19. which booking between March'25th to May'24th 2020. Indigo also provide the Credit note. but IXIGO is not refunding the amount. after several conversation had with IXIGO through chatting they told on dated 21.09.2020 that your amount will be credited on dated 06.10.2020 and the same will be reflect on 13.10.2020. after 13.10.2020 I had checked in my Bank the amount is not credited. Again I had informed to IXIGO they told the amount has been credited after several request they told please send your statement of Last Six moths but it is not possible I told them that I can provide from 01.09.2020 to updated i.e 13.10.2020,but why you asking for last Six months as you confirm on dated 21.09.2020 the amount will be credited on 06.10.2020 now you are asking for Six months statement. Till 20.10.2020 the amount is not credited in my statement. I am also attaching my bank statement for your reference. I am not finding any way to refund my money and the IXIGO is cheated me please help. Therefore I am requesting please look into the matter at your end and help me. Thanking you.
