IRCTC: Wrong Information Provided

This is regarding the tickets we have booked and the ticket has 2 waiting list and we were informed by the TT and the ticket counter people that it will be canceled automatically.

And now when we waited for the refund and did not received we have tried contacting for the refund and got the information that we have to call then before boarding and get some EFT certificate from the TT which even the TT did not tell us anything about that.

Even though we tried if can get the ticket so that my sisters whose ticket was not confirmed can come with us they told us it will not be eligible so they will get the refund. And now they are saying we have to report some TDR.

This EFT and TDR we don't even know what all is and no one even informed us.
