I am not able to book ticket from IRCTC, every time it gets logout and every time their website or their application stops working. It is the worst service i have ever seen. It's been 5 days I am trying to book tatkal ticket, but i am not able to book. I think it's only for the IRCTC team to book ticket then Why they have given access to normal user to book ticket??? Only when there are tickets available, and people don't want to go anywhere then their website and Application will work properly or else it is worst service.

In case of emergency no one will be able to book ticket. When its time to book ticket the users get logout automatically, what's the rule behind it. Let the normal people also know. So that after that they won't book ticket from IRCTC, they will understand it's not for them. They will go by some other modes of transport.

If is it so they, then do let every normal user know that this transportation service given by government is not for them.I have so much to say but it's of no use, because there will be no outcome of it.
