Amount deducted without booked ticket
Hi Team,
I was trying to book a tatkal ticket on 26th Nov in AC class at 10:00, But i failed to book ticket since website was not working properly at that time, I tried 2-3 times but unable to get confirm ticket however my money was deducted from my account and ticket status is showing not booked.
I would like to know that how will i get my amount refund and if ticket was not booked than why my amount was deducted from my account.
