IRCTC: Ticket Was Not Booked And Money Deducted Refund Has Not Come So Far

On 11th May I was trying to book the Ticket from New Delhi to Banaras in Ist AC for Ticket of dated [Protected], The Transaction ID [Protected]had been generated and the amount of Rs. 2752 has been deducted.

The payment was done through Via internet banking through Axis bank. But in the Booking status of Ticket is showing: Ticket not booked Ticket booking not successful (Case ID: [Protected]) which had been intimate d to bank as well as IRCTC customer care through email.

They asked to wait and with in 6 to 7 days amount will refund in your account but as on date refund has not been received. It is requested that action has to taken by IRCTC for the deducted Amount of Rs.2752 paid through net banking because it is already too late.
