Complaint Regarding Late Arrival Of Train

Telangana Express 12724 from New Delhi to Hyderabad running late by 1.37 Mints.
I am Traveling From Chandrapur (CD) to Ramagundam (RDM) by 12724. It was very embarrassing to travel by this train as train was very late and stopping frequently before the concern stops without any crossings.
I have to travel urgently and have to reach my destination ramagundam (RDM) but due to late running of train my meeting was cancelled. Train speed was very low i felt that i am traveling by passenger train even though i have a reservation in super fast train.
And also coach was not clean and bathrooms are very bad. During the 3 hrs of journey No Ticket collector came in to the coach to check the passengers details. PNR NO: [Protected].
