Charging Amount For Cancellation Tickets From IRCTC Side

We have booked a tatkal ticket (PNR [Protected]) ticket got waiting list and after preparing chart the ticket got cancelled and amount refunded will be 470. IRCTC is collecting 60 rs + convince fee around 70 rs. was deducted on my ticket.
It's not our mistake right to get waiting list and due to your server we got the waiting list and top of that you are not refunding full fare.
