Hello I Applied for MAPC (Masters in psychology) on 6-7th February. Got the admission but requested cancellation due to personal reasons as i could not continue with the course but the refund is not yet been processed.
I requested cancellation on website the option of which is closed then i Wrote to RC he responded and cancelled the admission but nothing about refund happened. I wrote also to the VC and also filed grievance on IGNOu website as required by RC on the mail to me.
I also contacted the IGNOU mobile number and also called the regional centre applicable to me But nothing happened. Still the refund is not initiated. As per the university rules the refund is made after cutting costs if the sought is cancelled in 30 days.
Which i did on time before ten days itself Earlier also i got the refund after filing compliant with ED and consumer forum. Attaching the necessary files with the complaint. Kindly do the needful. Thanks a lot.
