IGNOU: Not Receiving Marksheet Or Certificate; Ignou.ac.in

Sir, i have completed my BA course in ignou and passed out in December 2020 exam. But i didn't got any provisional certificate nor i can fill convocation form. And when i am trying to call them in the official landline number.

They aren't accepting my calls. Sir i am too much frustrated after so much dilemma in my life. Please help me.
