LUDHIANA, Punjab, India
I have booked Train Ticket from Ludhiana to Sawai Madhopur and on Date of Journey i received message from Indian railways that train will not touch boarding station. I did not travel and filed tdr for the same.
I have screenshots of message received from Indian railways which i have attached along with this complaint. TDR has been rejected saying that train was not diverted, If it was not diverted why i have received messages from Indian Railways regarding the same.
I have all the proofs with me that i traveled to destination via road and moreover i even cancelled return ticket from Sawai Madhopur to Ludhiana since i traveled by car.
