Indian Railways: Poor quality food in Rajdhani express

Very recently July 2022 I had travelled by Rajdhani express from Mumbai central to Nagda. This travel was after a gap of 3 yrs ....due to Corona. To my surprise I found that the quality of food served has deteriorated considerably. The quality was so bad that it seemed adulterated!!!

I want the contractors to be audited by the ministry and suitable actions taken and the food quality is improved like it used to be before the Corona.
