Indian Railways: About Ticket Refund; IRCTC.com.in

Sir, I booked a ticket from IRCTC account in Delhi express (14205) lucknow to Hapur on tatkal ticket but I can't travel on that day so I want to cancel the ticket, but railway authorities say that they cancel the ticket but can't refund my money.
