I have booked a refill with tatkal delivery ([Protected]pm)with extra charge of Rs 25 . But the cylinder is not delivered on time. While talking to the delivery guys they said they will deliver after one week.
They whats the point of tatkal delivery with extra charges of 25 rupees And the customer support is not helping more over they are transferring call to higher authority but it stuck to ringing.
