Petrol Filling Cheating

Shanthi Service Station No 35 B, next to Build Pro tiles shop, opposite DMart , Electronic City toll plaza. They are cheating while filing the petrol. I asked for 2000 petrol. Initially they filled for 500 and when I asked again they continued to fill till 1500 only without making zero. So they filled only 1500 petrol for 2000. Please take necessary action on it.
