Not receiving gas properly

While we are booking gas cylinder,they are making delay to supply. They are making remark as customer not available at home, since from lockdown we are always available at home.
When we make telephone complaint they supply gas, but not gave bill to us.
Please do the needful to get gas cylinder supply on time along with proper bill.
