Subject : Indane gas — Supply of half filled gas cylinders

I am a customer of chandrapur . This is my first written complain. . Saroj gas Agency.. chandrapur is a vendor of the above mentioned service station. I bought the cylinder on [Protected]and within 17 day it was emptied, from years with the same usage my cylinder lasts upto 75 days approx.

When I tried to talk to the distributor he replied rudely and said i will not do anything, due to covid I dont know where to go and complaint further, please provide assistance ASAP and help us in providing the full filled cylinder in return.

I do not know who is the appropriate authority to whom complain can be submitted. However, I am submitting this complain so that appropriate action can be taken against the Service station as well as the vendor.As a middle class with no proper fiances due to covid it becomed a huge burden for us to manage such half filled frauds done by gas cylinder vendors and again pay for the same.

Please suggest me what action I can take if I am again provided a Cylinder with less quantity of gas. Should not we approach local police (No. 100) as it is also a case of 420.

I would also request you to take necessary action against the persons involved.
