India infoline used ti charge heavily as brokerage and the penalty is also very high when compared to other brokers so for the past 6 months i m trying to close my dmat account . Initial response was signature mismatch . inspite of repeated reminders the answer was same .

At last i had my signature verified and attested with my bank manager and reapplied This time one month over there is no response. I suspect that they wanted the amc charges for 21-22 year also . Because of that they are purposfully delaying my cancellation request .

I had made 4 requests in the prescribed format All failed This is such a pitty situation where a company is exploiting their clients.
