I have resigned from IIFL & completed my Notice period as per company norms i.e., July 5th 2022, & they have settled my F&F on 19th September 2022. They had deducted my amount of 32038/- under asset clearance & gold loan recovery. I have submitted asset to IIFL Head Office Admin Department on July 1st 2022 before my last working day.
I have provided the gold loan to one of the customers with excess fund under the pressure of Manager – Venu and Chiranjeevi and also under the supervision of Territory Manager, this approval has been done after their confirmation from the higher official then after I have given excess fund to the customer. Moreover, this is beneficial to the IIFL as per norms they provide funding of 70% asset value only to the customers.
This clearly shows how the company is profitable on this gold loan recovery, even if it goes under auction still IIFL is profitable. Furthermore, I have informed my managers regarding clearance of excess gold loan from the customer confirmation, but they have refused and informed me business will be non-profitable, they also informed me.
you don’t need to worry on this scenario, and we (managers) will take of the clearance of F&F whenever I leave the organization. Now, when I reached out to these managers multiple times since I have been affected with the charges, these managers are not responding to my calls or text messages sometimes they respond stating we are not receiving any updates from the higher officials and clearly shows they are ignoring me.
So, I have also contacted HR department – Shiva Prasad as well to help me on this situation, his response was weird, and he is informing me this has to be faced/suffered by each employee of IIFL. Few of my colleagues are also facing the same issue from the IIFL organization.
When I communicated this with few colleagues got to know they are giving quick responses to girls/ladies I don’t understand here the general discrimination.
This clearly shows organization is in profitable and whole risk has been taken by employee and still they are making much more worst charging the employee during the full and final settlement.
