Even after mentioning that they have given a moratorium, the EMI of my loan is not extended and they have presented NACH on my account 2 twice every month from May to June 2020. Now they are harassing me by sending legal notice messages.
Due to their mistake, the amount is showing overdue in my CIBIL and has lowered my CIBIL score. I am following up since June 2020 but no one is bothered to reply and look into it. I have all the documentation of the details of my loan and emails.
