Not Sending Me Details

My name is manpreet kaur from patiala Punjab. I had availed loans from India Bulls. There were two loans with Emily 1700 something and 12oo. I have cleared all the loans. They had sent me legal notice i cleared that legal notice amount of 7000.
Now no Emi has been debited from my account since. Two months. I received msg of pay emi of 551/on 5 see 2021.it has been debited from my account. When I contacted customer care on 5sep2021.
Lady there said I can't do anything. Moreover there dhani app doesn't show my loan details. It only shows no Emily pending but charges of 7000. Please help me.
