Dhani Freedom Card

My name is Sheetal Matang my partner had got Dhani freedom card in month of May. After using they kept charging interest/ subscription which i was not aware because i never used it. Continues to send me SMS of payment.
I made payment of 841 rs. Send them email on 29th june to cancel the card. I tried calling they said u can do online but still there is some amt pending. I dont understand why And what.. I kept sending emails but i received reply that send email pan card details which i did. Stil no cancellation. I kept sending emails all in vain. Kindly send them an email pls [PROTECTED]@dhani.com... Help me out.
