Charging gas cylinder cost more than basic rate

Price of domestic gas cylinder is 907 but in warisaliganj M/S Super Gas agency taking 920 per gas cylinder.The behaviour of their Gas agency staff are of abusive nature and if we say something about price they abuse and say i will give you on my price if you want to take then Ok otherwise you leave.
