I booked my cylinder online and paid amount of Rs 732 on 13th Feb 21, I got my payment receipt, but that day they not delivered Gas but after two days they generated a new receipt with increased amount of Rs 50/- extra with the total amount of Rs 782/- i called IOC they said you have to pay LPG received day amount. This is unfair policy why should i pay for that day amount if i purchased earlier and paid full payment in advance. I registered complaint in consumer forum, the closed the complaint. Rs. 50/- is not big but the policy should be same for private or public. If i paid amount in advance and got receipt online so that was the agreement with the Indane Gas to deliver Gas in same Price. This is Government responsible for not deliver the gas on the receipt day. Harassment of Consumer is getting increased day by day.
